As always, we’ve been busy cooking up some fresh features and improvements to make your Fiverr experience smoother and more enjoyable. Here’s a quick roundup of what’s new that we think you’ll love!

This has been a highly requested feature, and we’re thrilled to finally introduce a central inbox. Say goodbye to managing multiple conversation tabs. The Unified Inbox combines your Inbox and Order Page conversations in one place, providing a seamless way to handle client communication without ever missing a beat. 

Note: This feature is rolling out gradually, so if you don’t see it yet, don’t worry, it’s on its way!

To enhance your experience with communicating with clients, even more we’ve recently added a new Enter Button setting. Now you can choose what happens when you hit Enter:

Your Personal Assistant keeps getting better

We’re committed to continually improving your Personal Assistant to make it work best for you. With the latest update, the Salesman Scale, you can now choose from five levels of sales tone, ranging from Informative to Assertive, so your PA can match your unique style. Plus, you can preview sample messages at each level to ensure your assistant communicates just the way you want.

The perks of having the PA keeps getting better. The new Instant Replies filter allows clients to search for freelancers whose PA availability is set to “Always”. This helps them easily connect with readily available sellers, while also giving you another chance to be noticed by potential clients.

We’re excited to bring back a spot in the Community for freelancers who love working with words. Whether you’re a writer, voice-over artist, musician, or just someone who loves great communication, the 

 is your space to share ideas and inspire each other creatively.

Keep an eye out for even more specialized boards that will provide you with even more opportunities to connect with fellow freelancers who share your interests, beyond just freelancing.
