So I have a question for the community.  It may become necessary for me to cancel an order with a client. This would be my first cancellation.  So I wanted advice on the best to cancel an order.

I am hoping to minimize the impacts on my success score and finding other work. My success score is currently an 8 and I really want to keep it there. I know the score will recover but I would like to avoid the dip if possible. I do have at least one other monthly client besides this one. 

It is not set in stone that the order will be canceled but it is likely so I want to prepare for. 

 I am personally inclined to cancel the order but I don't want it to impact my entire profile.I don't believe that either the person's fault. It has developed into one of the things were we simply are not a good fit. Hence why I am asking the community for advice.
