I’ve been on Fiverr for years — now a Pro Verified, Top Rated Seller in audio post-production. 

I love Fiverr and am forever grateful for the opportunities it has given me.

I make this post to raise awareness for some things that can be improved. 

Fiverr can, and should, do better in supporting established professionals. 

It’s incredibly disheartening to receive obviously AI-generated replies from support — especially when we’re vetted professionals handling high-stakes, high-value projects. We expect (and need) real, thoughtful responses.

Changing a gig video as a Pro seller currently means your gig is without its most important selling asset for days. Why are we put in a worse review queue compared to brand-new sellers? We’ve proven ourselves many times over — surely there's a better way.

I finally created a cinematic intro video that reflects my work and studio. A mistake in the first version made me want to upload a corrected one immediately. But the review delays are discouraging — especially for sellers who’ve already passed layers of verification. Why are these updates so tightly restricted?

This one really stings. Fiverr no longer accepts new additions to the “Top Clients” list unless they’re on the preapproved list — a list built years ago, including companies like Microsoft… and the corner store of my village.

I submitted verified documentation of two multi-billion-dollar companies I’ve worked with who are active on Fiverr — and I was stonewalled for months. No option to update, no clear response.

I’ve followed the process. I’ve reached out respectfully. I’ve spoken to my Success Manager. But updates are slow, unclear, or missing.

I’m not here to complain. I’m still building and value my place on the platform dearly. But I hope Fiverr’s leadership listens — because this isn’t about ego. It’s about respect, efficiency, and growing this platform together.

And, I will say it very simply. It can take 100, 200, or much more 5 dollar gigs to match a single high-level order. Please give us the attention we've earned.
