I am a Select Buyer with a crown above my profile picture because of years of buying and receiving hundreds of 5 star reviews. My reviews have suddenly disappeared and Fiverr customer support falsely claimed that it was “not their fault”. Who’s fault is it then? Upwork’s fault? Freelancer.com’s fault? They have lost hundreds of reviews and won’t reply to emails. A senior manager would regard this behaviour by this employee as outrageous but when I ask for my complaint to be escalated to a manager my emails are ignored. They are deliberately concealing their incompetence from management and I only have that one email address. If I do not receive a response to this post I will have to discuss this publicly on social media with my 126,000 instagram followers and 93,000 TikTok followers. I have been an excellent customer of Fiverr for many years and your behaviour needs to be exposed.
