As a buyer of many years, I do not use Fiverr for free. When I hire a freelancer, I pay a Service fee to Fiverr. 

However, Fiverr also makes money using Me, in the form of cluttering my inbox with advertising that I did not get compensation for, but they do. 


If youre going to disrupt an experience that I definitely pay for, then I want either a way to shut off these inbox messages, or compensation as you (fiverr) are unjustly being enriched, while I’m being inconvenienced. 

Be it a reduction in service fees or a rebate, I’m being used as a money grab for the company with a downgraded customer experience, and sellers are being manipulated and fleeced to pad fiverrs pockets. 

This needs to be resolved, and since fiverr offers no fair way to reach out with any concerns, without being routed to the “backrooms” and whittled away with choices until you teach the point of irrelevance, I’m forced to make a public post, on this intrusion. 

Again, I pay for the services I get from fiverr. This is unacceptable.
