I don't think the customary 20% fee on earnings should apply to tips. Tips are usually little amounts given by buyers as a token of appreciation for a job well done. Fiverr already charges the 20% fee for the actual job done and extra fees are paid by the buyer also. Charging from tips just doesn't work.

Also, the clearance time for tips should be cut down from 14 days to at most 7 days. Tips are usually intentionally given by buyers, so shouldn't require such clearing time. 

14 days clearance and 20% on Tips should be Abolished
