I think for any seller it's quite hurting when a buyer messages you when you're offline, in an hour you come back online with a polite first message, ready to help and get no response ever since, because the buyer just vanished giving you no chance.

I figured something that may help to “save” some of the buyers and keep them on Fiverr:

Fiverr platform should ask the buyer more clearly and directly if they want to get notified on their e-mail, not just on Fiverr website (unless that is enabled by default)

The buyer should have an option to get notified by email whenever they get new unread messages or a reply from a seller

If a buyer forgot their email or password, the process of restoring access to their buyer profile should be easy and clear

The buyer should have an option to connect another email or phone, to avoid cases when they forget both their Fiverr e-mail and password

That should help in cases if a new clients were, for example, distracted by their outside matters and as a result in a couple of days forgot about the service they were looking for on Fiverr
