I'm new to Fiverr and just created my profile and first gig. Shortly after, I received messages from 2 users who seemed interested in my gig.

Both of them asked for my email address, which I (naively) shared after seeing the screenshot they sent me. They then sent me a link via email and asked me to fill in my card details and even my bank balance. The message and page looked official at first, so I entered the information. But right after, I got suspicious and looked it up online, turns out this is a common scam…

I immediately blocked and deleted the card, and no funds were taken. But I’m still worried because:

Should I delete my Fiverr account to be safe? 

What are the potential threats after sharing this kind of info? 

Could clicking that link have compromised my laptop (screen access, malware, etc.)? 

How can I check if my device is secure now?
