I upload large pictures (around 7191 x 4323 px, 4.4 MB) in PNG format for my gigs. After upload, Fiverr makes them smaller and the pictures look less clear, especially with text or small details.

When I upload a sample in the Gig Gallery, it shows under the client review. The image looks less clear after upload. I use big PNG files, but Fiverr makes them smaller.

What is the best image size and file type to keep the sample sharp when it appears under a review?
