Hi, I'm brand new to Fiverr, and I was excited to see that I had an inquiry from a prospective client this morning, but then I was disheartened when I read that he couldn't really connect with me because he said that there was an error when he tried to get into my inbox. I took a screenshot of the problem, and Fiverr was asking him to put in my email address because they said I was unverified as a first-time user. I did everything to verify myself with them, with email, uploading photo ID, etc. And my clients are not going to read through the whole profile to get my email address.

Then somebody wrote to me saying there were some issues with my profile, but he was not specific, and I'm not even sure if he's part of the Fiverr team.

 Advice, please? Can somebody help me fix this so I can get to work?
