If it is just a warning, then it would not affect your account. Just make sure to avoid any future violations, as repeated offenses can lead to a permanent ban.

However, if your account is flagged and you are no longer able to sell (as I can not see any active gigs on your profile), then Fiverr takes such violations very seriously. In fact, even when a buyer reaches out, Fiverr shows a very clear popup warning against sharing email addresses or phone numbers. So if you still went ahead and did that, I am afraid there is a strong chance Fiverr would not reverse the action -- even support may not be able to help in such cases.

That said, it’s still worth trying to contact support. Go to your dashboard and on the bottom-right corner, you will see a small icon. Clicking it will open a pop-up where you can initiate a chat with the AI bot, and from there you will be able to create a ticket.
