I’m looking for advice regarding a gig denial I recently faced. My UI/UX Design gig was removed with the reason that part of the content was allegedly copied. However, I personally created all the designs, wrote the descriptions, and followed Fiverr’s guidelines. 

• All assets are original. I even submitted a video showing my work process and files as proof. 

• In the UI/UX category, common keywords like “Website UI Design,” “Mobile App UI,” and “Figma” are widely used by most sellers due to limited keyword options, which can lead to unintentional similarities. 

• Support upheld the denial and suggested creating a new gig. 

I feel this might be a misunderstanding and my gig deserves reconsideration. 

Has anyone faced something similar? How can I respectfully escalate this?
