Ask the Community

I am an architect with 17 years of professional experience and for the past two years, alongside my main job, I have been seriously active on Fiverr. During this time, I have always tried to combine my professional experience with respectful behavior, prompt responses, and strict adherence to all Fiverr rules and algorithms. 

In architectural projects, revisions and adjustments are a natural part of the process. I have always tried to resolve issues with clients calmly and respectfully, even in difficult situations or misunderstandings — whether in traditional markets or on Fiverr. 

Unfortunately, over the past two years, four of my orders were canceled by clients **after full delivery** without any valid reason. As a result, my profile was downgraded from the verge of reaching Level 2 back to New Seller. 

(Unfortunately, due to Fiverr’s excessive support of buyers, I have had 4 cancellations so far, and my profile, which was close to becoming Level 2 seller, was downgraded to New Seller. Despite messaging support for each order, I only received unclear replies based on the buyer’s messages. On the last occasion, following a community member’s advice, I sent screenshots and work documents to support and followed up 3 times, but each time received the same unclear buyer-based response.) 

This treatment is truly discouraging for me, as I spend hours each day producing the highest quality work, maintaining effective communication with clients, and adhering to Fiverr’s standards. 

I feel my efforts as a loyal, dedicated, and professional freelancer are overlooked. 

I know I might be considered a new seller on Fiverr, but not in my profession or in understanding client needs and concerns. When I read that even sellers with over 5 years of experience have similar experiences, this question becomes more serious for me: 

**Is there really a way to continue on Fiverr? 

Can we hope Fiverr will adopt more balanced support policies?**
