Ask the Community

They're scamming you. Don't give you email address out to any Fiverr user. Fiverr doesn't allow it. They attached a fake payment screen that says "ask seller for their email address" (and Fiverr still hasn't added any site code to check for that type of fake screenshot).

After giving them your email address they then sent you a link to a fake Fiverr site (any site that doesn't have "fiverr.com" in the URL isn't Fiverr. Fiverr.someothersite.com isn't fiverr).

Don't give them any card details or send them any $. If you did, contact your bank and let them know. Try and cancel the payment.

You could report the Fiverr inbox message to Fiverr and block the user.

I started a gig and after some time later , somebody was asking for my service and asked me for email. In that it showed need seller email to confirm payment, and I give them that, later the customer told she had paid and pls check email to confirm it. I went to email, saw and was happy and it said confirm the task and I clicked on it. it brought me to a Fiverr page and said to put payment (card) details on to get the fund. I put down all and the site asked me for balance as verification and I put down that also, then it suddenly said that I have to keep a balance of 150 euro to retrieve my order amt. I fell sketchy, although I made the balance so small, even it was gone, it would not affect me. pls check whether it's a scammer, pls I have sent the details as a ticket and id is
