I've been trying to have a Video Call with my client today but the App wouldn’t let me make the call. It says "something went wrong, please try again". I tried several times and in vain. I’m really frustrated about it because I have video calls with my clients all the time and this never happened before. I thought of sending them a personal link but due to Fiverr’s policies I didn’t do it. I would like to know if there’s anyway of getting this issue solved, and if at list there’s a chance of making a complaint somewhere. Anyone who went through the same thing and can share some info please?
