Is it really possible to improve success score, as I am unable to find a single thing or article or any question to answer where any Seller have mentioned that he or she did improve the success Score.


Hope you guys are doing well. 
My success dropped down from 10 to 6 within 3 to 4 months and now stuck to 6 from like 3 months. 
I was a Level 2 seller but surely now on Level 1.
 Improvements are required on: Conflict free orders and Effective Communication

I have only one gig from which I am getting orders, another gig is active but not getting orders from that.
 
Many time clients placed an order and then asked to cancel as they don't know how to share files.
 My order cancellation rate is Zero, Because I always ask Fiverr and tell the issue was from clients and they always remove the effectiveness of it.
 I am so much tensed about how I can improve my success score. Do I need to create more gigs? as maybe because One gig is carrying all the weight, or Should I need to stick with one?
