I think I got banned for sending a link to a client with an active order, however, I never got an apparent reason only ever 'violating terms of service' and when I tried to contact support I only ever got an automated response and this has continued for many months. 

I wanted to talk to a real person about my account ban as I never spoke to an individual outside of Fiverr as I have always understood the rules. The day before I received my email saying my account was under review for 60 days (or something like that) I sent a WeTransfer link to a client as the file was far too big even when compressed. I can only presume that the WeTransfer was flagged as I never sent personal contact information, anything relating to directing work outside of Fiverr or anything that violated the terms of service. 

I understand that there is probably little hope of getting my account restored but I'd at least like to know if it was the WeTransfer link or what else could have caused the ban for my own peace of mind. 

Does anyone know how I can reach a real person at Fiverr Support, instead of getting the same result after every email and chat saying that I was banned for 'violating terms of service'?
