I'm looking for some advice on a pretty frustrating situation that's been hanging over me for years. About 5 years ago, I got a completely unfair 1-star review on one of my gigs. The review is basically just a random string of characters and makes no sense at all. It honestly looks like the client just mashed their keyboard out of frustration. Here’s what the review says: 

"i receive a empty store hxbxb zn,,zz xz. d dx nbcx xxx. zn x. n. xm. x x x. mx. xz vfc c. mbksdkc d c v c c, vs s. i can't have access to the store it create"

Back when it happened, I reached out to Fiverr support to see if anything could be done, but they told me that since the review didn’t technically violate their Terms of Service at the time, they couldn’t remove it. They also mentioned that because it was already a year old, it was too late to take action. 

The whole situation was super frustrating because I did deliver the work properly, and I even explained to the client that they needed to accept the store transfer to complete the process. The client just stopped replying and then left that nonsensical review. It killed my whole business and impressions back that, Now I want to start again offering my services on Fiverr. 

I've been reading up on Fiverr’s current policies, and it seems like they might have changed a bit since then. It sounds like spammy or nonsense reviews might actually violate their guidelines now, so I'm thinking of reaching out to support again. 

Has anyone here ever managed to get an old, unfair review removed? Are there any specific points I should bring up when contacting support? I’d really appreciate any tips or advice from anyone who’s dealt with something similar.
