I recently faced an issue where a buyer used my delivered work for several days, left a 5-star review, and then canceled the order. Despite my hard work over 8-10 days, multiple calls including Zoom calls, and a fully functional system setup, Fiverr allowed the cancellation.

The project involved setting up a Frappe-based ERPNext system on AWS. After the buyer changed the server credentials and restarted the instance (causing an IP change, as AWS instances without an Elastic IP do). Now, Fiverr is asking for proof, but how can I provide access when the buyer deliberately revoked it?

I even have a Zoom recording on Fiverr only where the buyer is actively using the system and discussing the next phase of work. Yet, I am struggling to get fair treatment. If sellers can lose completed orders like this, what protection do we really have?

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? How do you handle such unfair cancellations?
