Hello Respected Sellers & Fiverr Support, 

I share my gigs on social media & one person tries to communicate with me. But he is unable to contact me here on Fiverr. I want to do a project with that person here on Fiverr. But I found an issue that he can't chat with me here on Fiverr. 

While he can communicate with others, I want to know why this issue is only with me. I receive fake SPAM texts daily, but why can't I receive any texts from potential clients? 

If there is something wrong on my end, then please let me know.
