Hello, Fiverr I’m faced with fraud customer in order 

This customer has ancient site from 2012 year and declare job as upgrade from NET 4.0 to NET 4.8 

Project looking as ordinary gambling site with Black Jack and other games, but has about 22,000 code lines and 218 object in database 

Commonly this is not very hard job to me, because I working as ASP.NET developer since 2002 year and we create agreement for $150 to complete this job. 

But, unfortunately, when I open project I understand that project has a lot of additional troubles, from first point – this site has no compiled as ASP.NET because code contains mistakes. 

Other troubles that customer not remember any password and login and I must doing additional task to crack this site. 

But finally I made all needed task and upgrade this site from NET 4.0 to NET 4.8 and upgrade site from jQuery 1.6 to 3.4 

Project was delivered with source code, true compiled ASP.NET binary library and compressed database in term we initially agreed. 

But than customer ask me check BlackJack game. I checked it and understand that site used reCapture V1 what don’t supported since 2008 year, I’m sure this page don’t working correctly even in 2012 year. 

But, because customer initially said something that Google reCapture prevent site working correctly, I made this extra task and transform Black Jack game to own project capture instead Google capture V1. 

But than customer set me additional extra job, what me never discuss during we create initial agreement. As I understand this project used Adobe Flash player what not supported by Adobe company since 2007 year. 

And customer ask me remove adobe Flash player and transform project to modern way – to HTML5 with supporting Youtuve video and music. 

I also made this extra job and sent result to customer. 

Than customer ask me changing default page what site has before 2012 year and ask another changing. I also made this this job. 

Now I pass a lot of more job that we initially agree, but customer still not accept even first point about transforming site from framework 4.0 to 4.8 

And now customer decide to deploy his project and full tuning with checking how email sending will working, require connection domain, install TSL certificates, create new Google reCapture V2 setting and full connect new site installation to Google, and require reinitializing database and a lot of other tasks including testing all pages and changing web form, some troubles site has in forum and so on. 

This is 100 times exceed of initial job we agreed, of course half of 22,000 line of code potentially can not workable, but this is full another job. Job for deploy site to production. Job for testing all page, job for repair and develop broken function. This job potentially need months for working. 

And now customer said that all hosting is expensive he will check cheap hosting to deploy project and than checking all site functionality, then rebuild all page view and customer has a plan maybe for years to working with this site. 

But customer still not accept job I already done and Job we agreed as project requirement.
