Dear Fiverr Support Team, ( "I am following up for the third time. Please respond to my request."THNX ) 

I have written the truth on the third page of my Fiverr gig image, stating that many sellers use software to complete their work, whereas I perform tasks manually and genuinely. However, I am concerned that my competitors might be upset by this statement and could report my gig out of retaliation. 

I want to ask whether it is okay for me to include this truthful statement in my gig. If I keep this statement, is there any risk of my gig being taken down due to competitor reports? Additionally, can you assure me that Fiverr conducts a thorough investigation before taking action against reported gigs, so I do not need to worry about false reports? 

Please guide me on the best course of action. I appreciate your support.
