I opened a support ticket which has been closed by fiverr help team without saying a word. request for comments is blocked as well, even i not able to create a follow up as the link redirects to help center home page.

I'm concerned about the client's behavior, which I believe is unfair despite my best efforts to provide excellent service. The original delivery timeframe was 3-5 days, with no revisions included. I delivered the web application on time and requested the client to test it. 

However, the client has repeatedly requested time extensions, putting the order into revision, without providing any meaningful feedback or testing the application. The revision requests seem to be solely for asking more time, rather than addressing any actual issues. 

I've accommodated the client's requests through mutual discussions, providing support video tutorials and gentle follow-ups. Yet, the client still hasn't spared time to review the delivered work. 

In light of this situation, I'd appreciate knowing what additional steps I can take to resolve this matter. What strategies can I employ to handle clients who exploit the rating and feedback system, despite receiving high-quality service? 

I'm concerned about the potential impact on my service reputation if I try asking the buyer politely a few more times to close the order. I would like to follow Fiverr's recommended course of action. Please let me know if you require any further information from me.
