Ask the Community

Normally it was in the question mark menu, under ofcourse Customer Support, but now that button brings me to the Fiverr Help Center. I don't need generic help, I need to ask a specific question.
 
I can only find basic answers to stuff I already know, and that bot is not helping at all. I used to just make a ticket but I have been having issue's trying for the past 15 minutes? 

Am I the only one having issue's with finding a way to reach Customer Support?
