Please i need help desperately. My account was temporarily disabled and i was granted the ability to complete orders and withdraw within 60 days. 

i have not been able to withdraw because any time its initiated the call drops automatically. 

i cant also change the phone number because i no longer remember the security question. 

please i have already created a ticket. i need help so i can withdraw. please help me fiverr support.
