I’m new to Fiverr and have a few questions about how the platform works: 

1. A client recently informed me that they cannot place an order because they need my email. I thought all transactions were handled directly on Fiverr. Is this normal, and how should I handle such a request? 

2. I know Fiverr prefers all communications to stay on the platform. Is it against Fiverr’s rules to share my email, or are there specific cases where it’s allowed? Also, since Fiverr has already verified my email, do I need to make it visible somewhere for clients? 

3. The same client mentioned that my profile appears as “not verified.” I assume this is because I haven’t completed my first order yet, but I’d like to confirm. Do I need to take any steps to verify my profile, or will it happen automatically once I complete an order? 

I want to make sure I follow Fiverr’s guidelines while providing the best experience for my clients.
