Ask the Community

I'm experiencing an issue with my Fiverr account, and I'm hoping someone can help me or guide me in the right direction. 

Recently, I’ve received messages from potential customers who are encountering an error when trying to purchase my services. The error seems to be asking them for something called a "сontaсt еlесtroniс inboх" before they can complete their purchase. 

Here’s an example of one of the messages I received from a potential customer:
 

"Whilе trуing to purchase yоur service, I hit an еrror thаt requirеd уоur сontaсt еlесtroniс inboх. Cоuld уоu pleasе рrovide it sо I саn continue the prосеss?"

They’ve also sent me a screenshot of the error, which I’ve attached to this post for reference. 

To make matters more confusing, Fiverr is not allowing me to respond to these users. For example, when I tried to reply to one of these messages, I received the following notification:
 

"This user can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate."

I’m unsure what is causing this issue, but it’s affecting my ability to assist potential customers and complete sales. Has anyone experienced this or know how to resolve it? 

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
