I a added a pay out method for the first on in other to withdraw my earning on fiverr (Payoneer) which was successfully added. I am withdrawing for the very first time on fiverr ans it was not successful, this is looking like scam sorry to say because I don't understand what's going on and am a single mom with kids I actually want to withdraw the money to take of my kids and I see the withdraw option is disabled when I click the button I see "

The withdrawal option was disabled. Please contact our customer support

". I already contacted support team more 7 times. every time they reply me generic. which is below:
