I am using fiverr since 2017 and i really enjoy working with clients all over the Globe. I had some issue with my payoneer account so i asked fiverr that if can add another account which works fine. They gave me a green signal. But when i tried to remove the current account and try to add a new one. It is showing "the withdrwal option was disabled please contact customer support". Which i did, but its been almost 24 hours i did not recieved a response from them. As a seller plus member, they usually reply within 6 hours. (screenshot attached)
 
If anyone knows how to resolve this issue i would really love your response.
