I have been a top-rated seller on Fiverr. But due to an unfortunate reason, I got banned. Now, it has been more than 60 days. I am looking to open a new account on Fiverr. I know it's against their rule. Because I will use different name, mail id, phone number, machine id, ip adress and paypal account. 

But the question is - does Fiverr remember my PAN number also? Should I change that or I can use my existing PAN card which I used before? 

Hi Indian Sellers, if my Fiverr account got permanently suspended and 60 days are over, can I open a new account with my own PAN card?
