Hello,i am a new seller but when i publish FB account restriction gig then fiverr reject this gig for illegal services purpose and give a warning in my account.They hold my account level progress till April 30,2024. 

Now my questions is this holding period any buyer can message me in inbox,can i get any order. 

Please help me drop your valuable opinion. 

When account level hold then can i get buyer message or response?
