  3. Literally, I thought the same. What if he himself (web_healers) is a scammer who is requesting others to scan the QR code in order to scam them?
  4. Why are you misguiding OP? Please stop 🙏 You are putting everyone in trouble. Avoid it. Please report that message/buyer immediately as it's a SCAM. Do not scan anything. Also, do not share your personal or bank details to anyone on Fiverr else you will be in trouble.

We have been guiding you since the beginning that staying active for 24 hours is useless but you have been following that myth suggested by other person (according to you) which seems correct to you..   9. It would be a lot better if you ask your questions from Fiverr Support. They will guide you better in detail. We can answer your questions but still I'll encourage you to discuss with Fiverr Support.
  10. Yeah sure. That's only possible if you are really a Robot or want to become one (robot).. It's an useless advice. Staying active all the time has nothing to do with anything. There is also possibility that person who gave you this advice is a Robot in actual.
  11. Hi too wetransfer seems a better option for you. Just create its link and submit it to your buyer.
  12. Pictures or PDFs on Certificates are not allowed means there is no option for that. Just type the name of your Certification and Completion Year. That's all.

  14. @michmikaia has explained it well that no buyer would like to share their bad experience publicly. Also that private review is between Fiverr and Buyer but whatever the result is.. it will affect the performance of seller (success score). And yes, Buyer has to leave 2 reviews: Public and Private. And then I got my answer: People always try to look for a shortcut to find their answers i.e. no need to read articles on their topic but always ask your question on the Forum.. that's the fastest way to get answers
  16. Hi too If you have completed the requirements to become a Level 1 Seller, then your level will be up after 24 hours probably so wait for it. Congratulations!

There is a HUGE difference between you and @filipdevaere He actually discussed his issue with the Customer Support in detail, had a valid reason but in the end, he got their permission to use VPN while you did not discuss or did not take any permission from Fiverr to use VPN. Whether you have used VPN 5 years or 1 year ago or for 4-5 days, you really did without their permission. Sorry to say.. you are not following our suggestions. Even I suggested you to use the initial ticket to send a message to Fiverr Support.. But no.. you opened a new ticket AGAIN.. which is why you are not getting response from them. Now, I am not gonna guide or say anything. Totally up to you! 🙏 Good Luck!
  18. Obviously they won't respond to this type of query because to create a second account is a violation of TOS. So you cannot create it. Secondly, account-related issues cannot be discussed/solved here on the Forum.
  19. That's what I meant.. unofficial username.. Please use your common sense as well. Is it really an original Fiverr's website link? Whether it's working or not.. If your bank cannot help you with it then I am sorry, you got scammed and you won't be able to get your funds back. However, be careful next time. On Fiverr, never ever share your personal or bank card details to anyone as it's not allowed.
  20. Do you really think that Fiverr will send you a message via their unofficial email address? You got scammed now. Only your bank can help you with it.
  21. Did you really scan the QR code? If yes then it was actually a scam. Kindly report that buyer and contact Fiverr and your Bank regarding it.
  22. You have used multiple tickets for the same issue, that's why you are not getting the right or humanly response from them. Try to use one ticket for this purpose (the very first ticket on the same issue).
  23. Go to your Inbox and open the conversation between you and your buyer. On the buyer's message, you will see three dots (ellipses). Click on it and you will see an option of Report. See an inserted image below:
  24. I guess Fiverr cannot help you in this regard. So better to contact your Bank for it. But contact Fiverr Support still.

I remember @filipdevaere had an issue in China where he is residing these days that Fiverr was not working so he specifically asked, requested and took permission from Fiverr Support to use VPN for Fiverr and they allowed him. Meaning to say he actually discussed his issue with Fiverr Support first then used it. That's why he was using it. @filipdevaere Please correct me if I am wrong.
