    It rarely happens with me that someone has placed their order on my Business Card gig but in actual brochure is required in that price. Earlier, I used to cancel the order via Fiverr Support and then later, they adjusted my stats. Since the launch of new level system, it has never happened with me again. But if it happens, I will ask the buyer to increase the price. Either buyer should do it or I will add offer some extras. Before that, I will politely discuss with buyer that what actually isthe requirement. Brochure or Business Card? Somehow, I will convince the buyer.

    Honestly, one order is still sitting in my dashboard due to incomplete requirements since 3 months. I have sent the messages via Order Page but buyer has been still unresponsive. I have even requested Fiverr Support to contact the buyer on their own (but on my behalf).

    In that case, I am gonna wait for few more months then will open a Dispute via Resolution Center to cancel the order. Don't know, it will affect my stats or not but will have to do something about it. 

    To prevent this happening, Premium Seller Plus has a feature of "Request to Order". So I might join it soon.

    It absolutely is. But if you communicate with your buyer in a good way even via Order page, then everything can be settled.

    Sometimes, buyer provides only logo to me on my brochure gig but without text content then I will ask for it 2 3 times else will do research about the company on my own and will find their website to see what is it about. 90% buyers always provides the complete requirements to me so it's not a big deal to me.

    If you mention the complete requirements on your gig, then I guess it will be fine.

    Don't feel discouraged by our comments. It's a thing between us (Me and Filip) which you never gonna understand it.

    • I think your videos and gig images are not attractive for buyers (even to me, they are not good) which is why you are not getting orders.
    • Digital Marketing niche is a very competitive one so you need to do some research on your niche and make your gigs more stand out from the others. 
    • SEO: Never ever say that you will rank any website on the 1st position (Rank 1). SEO is a time-consuming process so avoid saying this. It's considered to be a red flag for buyers whoever says that he/she will rank their website on the first position. But you can say that you will rank a website on 1st page of any search engine which seems good.
    • Why have you used the same gig images (YouTube) on both gigs? Kindly work on improving gig galleries of all gigs.
    • "I will be your social media marketing manager social media management". This title is not logical. 

    Edit: Oh I know about Digital Marketing (won't say that how many years I have experience in it) which is why I have given you some advices. So think about them.

  5. If you keep sending new tickets, then forget it. You won't be responded and your ticket will be marked as solved. You need to be patient as Fiverr Support deals with a lot of tickets in a day. Give some time to Fiverr so that they can respond to your query.. Now, avoid creating new tickets on the same issue.

  6. Be Honest. Be Professional.

    If you are unable to perform the task, then tell your buyer that it's not possible or it's not in my scope but in a polite way. I always say "Sorry, I cannot help you with it as it's out of my scope". Don't be so rude if buyer insists a lot.

    He simply wants a Direct Bank Transfer (Funds transfer directly from Fiverr to Local Bank) option and nothing else. He wants to avoid Payoneer.

    2nd account creation is NOT allowed as it's a violation of TOS so you will have to proceed with the existing account. 

    Secondly, how will you get orders without any gig? Start with creating your gigs then see the results.
