  1. You cannot promote your Gigs unless your Gigs qualify. You will see on your Dashboard a link to promote your Gigs when your Gigs qualify for this. GG
  2. You do not need to make multiple posts on “improving your Gig”. If someone wants to go to your link, they will see ALL of your Gigs and can give advice. GG
  3. I hope you do not have a Gig under the Data Entry category here if you are not good at it? I know a lot of new sellers tend to pick that category to put a Gig in as they think it will be easy money. GG
  4. No problem. I just do not want this seller, who appears new, to think it is OK to send messages to the buyer through the message system if the buyer did not initiate a conversation - I have seen too many come here to the forums complaining later they got a TOS warning, a bad review or worse after doing so. GG
  5. That is why you have a “message box” when you go to deliver your order. Put your “let me know if everything is OK” message there, not in a new message sent (some sellers seem to like to pester buyers) over and over asking if all is OK. GG
  6. It is best if he does NOT reach out to the buyer - this can be seen as spam and marked as such by the buyer who can then earn him a nice TOS warning. He is best to LEAVE the buyer BE. GG
  7. So? What does that matter? What I said still stands. The buyer does not “owe” you a quick acceptance, a reply, a thank you or a rating. In fact, there was a story not so long ago in the forums about a seller who became so annoyed with a buyer who would not acknowledge his messages or accept the work right away that he kept sending messages to them - and guess what? It got him I think a 2 star review. Move on. GG
  8. Sit on your hands. Wait. The buyer is not under any onus to accept a delivery as soon as you send it or even soon thereafter. They can choose to let the system manually accept it 72 hours (3 days) after you have delivered. Whatever you do, do NOT reach out to the buyer and message them asking them if the delivery was OK or to give you a rating. They get prompted by Fiverr when the delivery is sent and they open it up. Also, doing that can get your account a warning. Just because the buyer is online, does not mean they owe you anything - a message, rating or acceptance. You did your part of the job, now move forward. GG
  9. You do realize how overly competitive this category is? There are literally thousands of people claiming to be “Shopify” experts or having years of experience building drop shipping stores. Your communication in English is lacking as well, and this can hinder your ability to get orders. Lots of errors in your write up there. GG
  10. You took the words right out of my mouth. I read this and immediately thought “Payday Lender” - even though their % is not anywhere near a payday lender’s rates (usually 300%!), no need to give Fiverr 40% of my income. They are just coming out with all sorts of money making ventures ( for them, of course ). LOL GG
  11. Odd. When I was a TRS, I had a “Success Manager” for free. When I was promoted to TRS, I was contacted within a week by my “Success Manager” who wanted to help me in any way they could by doing the above things that you now want $29 a month for. I guess if you can make another $29 off of someone, go for it, but, just an observation that I had this support for free when I was a TRS. GG
  12. As said, there is no correlation between posting here (which, most post a lot of nonsense and bad advice) and your Gig getting impressions or clicks. I suppose if you post your Gig link in “My Fiverr Gigs” or “Improve My Gig”, people may click to see what you offer or to critique your Gig and give you pointers which would raise those metrics, but being active on the forum is highly unlikely to get you orders - and that is what is important - not impressions or clicks. GG
  13. Sounds like they did not approve your Gig to include Sky pe. Sounds like they gave you information on Gigs that do have this service and that you can create your Gig with this information, and it would have to pass through the relevant team to approve whether or not you could offer this. The second screen shot there, 2nd to last paragraph doesn’t sound like you were given permission - yet. GG
  14. So, has anyone taken the time to write to Customer Service to inquire why they cannot use their Fiverr balance to buy these courses? It would be more helpful if someone who comes here to complain about it, takes the advice of jon and messages Fiverr to ask why, then come back here and paste the reply you get so everyone will benefit. GG
  15. All you are doing is parroting what others write here daily. When you say “stay online”, does that mean 24/7 like others have said - staying online is not the key here to get orders. Offering something people need and being good at it is. Sharing your Gigs on social media is also a common thing people just say over and over - does this mean spam FB groups, LinkedIn and Twitter? Who are you sharing your Gig to on social media? If you are just spamming your link thinking that is the key to get orders, again, you are sadly mistaken. If anything, your posting your link just looks unprofessional and gets annoying showing up in someone’s feed daily. GG
  16. You also have to take into account that “data entry” Gigs are a dime a dozen - meaning, there are literally 1000’s of them here, so the category is quite over saturated with other sellers who are offering the same thing and new ones signing up each day because they saw some blog or YT guru telling them this category (as well as logo design, Photo Shop etc) are the easiest categories to make big money. GG
  17. If you send out this “boiler plate” type of form to all Buyer’s Requests, I am surprised you get orders. Most who put up a Buyer’s Request do not want a copy/paste looking response, they want to know that you actually READ what they wrote and what THEY need. I would suggest to anyone who is replying to Buyer’s Requests to take a moment to read it, and write a reply that is specifically addressing what the buyer wants. No one cares if you want to achieve a 5 star review or if you have been building websites for all of 2 years - where in this response does it address what the request asked for. I hope newbies will not copy/paste this blurb you wrote and spam it to all the Buyer’s Requests they can answer. They will be sorely disappointed and likely come back here whining about how they have sent out 200 replies and have not heard back from anyone. GG
  18. Before making your Gig here, did you bother to have a look at just how many “logo” designers (as well as the other categories you mention) you are competing with? Why should people buy from you? Do you have attractive examples in your profile that you actually made? Are they “professional” looking, or do they look like someone threw together clip art they found on Google? GG
  19. Did you lose your rank? I am not sure if 0 Level sellers can have an early payout. Also, some funds are not eligible for early payout. Here is a list of forum topics on early payout: https://forum.fiverr.com/search?q=early%20payout%20 GG
  20. Just so you know, another reason why you would get that message is if the seller (or a buyer) blocks you from corresponding with them or ordering from them. Sounds like your guy got the boot for something though, so we can say “it was them”, not you, who messed up. GG
  21. Not all sellers can promote their Gigs. Only certain categories and Levels can. GG
  22. You have read all of 26 minutes of the forum - not enough time to make a judgment call on what @marinapomorac contributes here. She is quite helpful in many posts. I guess you are not familiar with “sarcasm”? Where is YOUR valuable input on where the OP should find “real organic traffic”? I can judge that you have not contributed much to this topic. See how that works? GG
  23. If you take the time to read the forum or do a search for this topic you are asking about, you will see this question is asked EVERY day multiple times a day. GG
