  1. Looking at your correspondence with the buyer - did you provide them the 12 pages to look at to see if you were on the right track? Their message seems to imply that they were waiting for you to show them the pages you had done before proceeding. Perhaps after seeing the 12 pages you did, they were not happy or felt that it was not going to work out and reached out to customer service to cancel, bypassing you. Another theory could be they only needed 12 pages, got them from you (not sure if what you showed them if anything would be usable if it was watermarked etc) and then bailed, cancelling via customer service. But, if they have an order going with another seller, I have a feeling it may be theory number 1. GG
  2. If this is a Gig where you promise "organic" growth or subscribers, do not be surprised if one day you go to your account and find this Gig has been denied. Many of these YouTube, Facebook and other social media "follower" type Gigs are being taken down. Fiverr does not allow them. Also, this post belongs in the forum category "Improve My Gig", not "Fiverr FAQ". GG
  3. Instead of just replying to a topic, perhaps READ the previous replies or get yourself up to speed on the rules of the site. YES, Zoom IS allowed on Fiverr in some cases. Do not give unsound advice just to get "points" so you can become some forum master. GG
  4. Is this the hot topic for the week? I swear, I have seen multiple posts asking this same (inane) question. As with anything, "your mileage may vary" when it comes to being a newbie and getting orders "fastly" (that isn't not a word, at least, in the English language anyways). I have read so many of these posts, I think this word was in another post about getting orders fast. If all you newbies are here to "get rich QUICK", pack your bags and get a 9 to 5 job. GG
  5. Both. I also have outside pets as well - birds, squirrels, rabbits and groundhogs that I feed. I could not live without a pet or animals. GG
  6. You may have to do this within the Payoneer site within your account, not on Fiverr. I have a few accounts (websites) associated with my Payoneer. I think if I remember correctly, you can go in and dissociate a site from your Payoneer. I think Payoneer has a live chat option or at the very least, email so you can ask them the steps you need to take to do this. A simple search on the internet found many YouTube and articles describing how to remove a funding source from Payoneer. I cannot link to outside sources so you will have to do the search yourself. In short, it does come down to needing to contact Payoneer customer service. GG
  7. Every time one spams the forum their Gig falls back by one position. So, stop spamming the forum! No more, "Thanks", "Good Tips" and other nonsense unless you want your Gig to disappear completely! For REAL!! (***The above is intended to be for amusement only and is not based on any facts - but, I wish it were true***) GG
  8. Do you often debate yourself? If you knew the answer, why the post? Or, do you enjoy the clanking of the keyboard while you type to yourself? Either way, your answer is not quite right - you can utilize the same laptop for 2 separate Fiverr accounts if: they are 2 completely different people - say you and your family member live together and want to sell on Fiverr, or you have a roommate and they want to be a seller the 2 accounts sell a totally different service - you and the other person utilizing the same pc cannot have Gigs as Data Entry, WP or Logo makers etc - you cannot sell the same thing as the other account that shares the same pc or ip connection you have to have two totally separate payment accounts, emails and government IDs. You or your friend cannot get paid through the other person's PayPal or Payoneer - you need your own accounts GG
  9. It does not matter what "we" think. Fiverr has a business model where people can come, browse listings and push a button to get what they want. Imagine how you would feel if you kept trying to buy a Gig only to be rejected? Even if it were for a good reason? I will tell you: that buyer would probably leave the platform never to return. Fiverr has a method to their madness. GG
  10. No. I would not welcome a "paid membership" on Fiverr. I have been here since 2013, sold stuff for $5 at first, have paid my dues, give them 20% of my earnings, deal with cancellations or those who want to charge back from time to time (meaning I don't get paid), and follow their rules so my stats stay in a healthy area so I keep my level here. $250 a month is probably peanuts for someone who sells Gigs for hundreds if not thousands - same for any others who are TRS or Pro - sure, Level 2 sellers can charge that too - but, depends on what category you are in. My category, I would be looked at like a crazy person if I tried to charge that much. Do I get orders that are hundreds of dollars? Yes, I do. In fact, had 5 of them last week - but, that is not a constant in my world, so $250 would probably force me out of the site here. They already get 20% of what I charge, fees from the buyers, fees if one promotes their Gigs and fees if one is in the seller plus group. Why the heck are you even entertaining this idea or what I feel is some are even encouraging it and giving the fee they think is "fair"! WTH? Unless I was "grandfathered in" due to being here for years and holding up my end of the bargain I signed up for, I would probably have to leave if they decided to charge 100's a month just to "exist" here. And, you know what? Even if you pay a membership fee, whether it is $5 a month or $500, that still does not guarantee you will get orders, will be able to avoid scammers, cancellations, lose your rank, etc. So, no, I wouldn't "welcome" it. Why would I invite someone to charge me another fee on top of what I DO pay them? I am sure all of you who are eagerly saying it would be great because it would clean the site up also eagerly hand over thousands to the IRS (or whatever tax agency your country has) too! 😒 GG
  11. Impressions have to do with how many times Fiverr puts your Gig in front of potential buyers eyes on the site. If your impressions are low, it is probably because other sellers who are appearing in the search are performing better than you. GG
  12. It is sad that people are led to believe this from some “guru” on YouTube. I would wonder if these YouTube guys actually sell here? Are they TRS or at least Level 2? This is not to say that some here make a lot of money and have gotten rich. But, the average seller here, and especially in the last year with so many new sellers due to world chaos, it is much harder to have consistency in earnings/orders. It just depends I guess on what you are selling. If you are in a niche that doesn’t have a lot of competition, and you are not really doing well, you have to ask, “Does anyone really need this service?” If you are in a niche that most people who watch the YouTube gurus sign up for, it will be like walking uphill on ice to try and succeed. Most new sellers who come here find themselves in the same old categories every other new seller puts themselves in. Unfortunately, the world may not need a million virtual assistants, copy/paste, photo editing, SEO, WP etc types. Earning on Fiverr is probably easy for some. But, I would think that number is probably only about 25% and that is being generous. The rest may feel as though they are walking through a desert most of the time. GG
  13. No, your stats would not be reset, but can change if you are late in delivering, cancel an order, get an account warning, get a bad review that lowers your overall to below 4.7 or miss a message within the first 24 hours (new messages on an order or in your IN box) before the next evaluation period in July (15). If you do not miss any of the above mentioned, you will just be building on your earnings goal to get to the level you are trying to qualify for. Keep in mind though, the only automatic level promotions are for New Seller to Level 1 and Level 1 to Level 2. TRS and Pro are vetted by the Fiverr staff and do not happen automatically. GG
  14. I think it has more to do with their faith - as it appears certain forum members who are of a certain faith think of others on the forum their brothers and sisters. I guess it is common (not professionally though!) for some Christian faiths to call people this too, but, it seems to be during church services, not outside of that environment. Still, just weird and not kosher being called brother or sister if I am not blood related to you. GG
  15. Again, assumptions. I guess you do not know what category I am in. I answered in your mind negatively, because your “advice” is moot. Asking how your buyer is feeeeeling today is not how business is run. Sure, there is the “hey, how ya doin!” stuff, but, that is all fake and no one ever tells you really how they are - well, unless you are their clairvoyant, astrologer, psychic or counselor. Most categories here are professional in nature - and this means treating the buyer professionally - not as if they are in your “inner circle” and you are trying to be their friend. They just want the work done right the first time. Period. By asking how they feel is not keeping it simple, in fact, this can just make things complicated in a business setting. Again, unless you are a counselor, feelings do not come into play here. Also, you posted my reply in Russian - I do not speak that language, so do not want others to get the notion I posted in what is probably your native tongue. I only speak English and Pig-Latin. LOL GG
  16. Assume much? As mentioned before, new sellers may be more excited that they got an order - but this does NOT in any way mean that they are more attentive to details than a seller who has been here 5 years. I have been here for 8.5 years, so I guess I don’t count in your theorem. 🤨 and this: Most sellers here are not “counselors” who want to hand hold with their buyers and most buyers do not need or want this. They want their darn project done the way they want it - right the first time. All the “how are your feelings today” will not erase a crappy job. Sure, may make you look like you are empathetic, but that is not what most sellers are hawking here. Who cares what their mood is? For most, you want their mood to be creating an order from you!!! GG
  17. That is NOT how it works. Just clicking on your Gig and saving it as a favorite will do NOTHING to get you orders, and orders are what you actually want here - not clicks, impressions or someone “hearting” your Gig. GG
  18. I highly doubt Jonbaaas is going to find clients for you. And if he were here in the forum able to respond (he is not at this time) he would tell you the same thing. Your post has no relevance to the current topic. GG
  19. Being “active” on the forum has no correlation to receiving Buyer’s Requests. It also has nothing to do with receiving orders, impressions or clicks that lead to someone actually buying your Gig. GG
  20. Nope. I do not believe you can do this. Also, you are not allowed to “fake” where you are based, which if you use a proxy or VPN would be doing. Quick way to get your account banned. GG
  21. Wrong advice. NO, he cannot just delete this account and start a new one using the same payment method. His new account will be flagged as a duplicate and will be disabled, restricted or banned. If you want to disable or delete this account, you would need permission from Fiverr customer service. Otherwise, you would run the risk of them thinking you are bypassing the TOS here by creating multiple accounts (yes, even IF you delete this account you have now), and this can lead to you not being able to sell here. GG
  22. Sounds to me as though your buyer did not get his money back from order #2 that you did not want to take or do - and instead of contacting Fiverr customer support, just went to his bank and disputed the charges. For whatever reason, the bank seems to have flagged both Fiverr purchases and cancelled both. Unless your buyer can get his bank to put the charge that was valid through, I doubt you will get your money. GG
  23. Do a forum search for India Taxes and you will find literally 100’s of topics discussing this already. It has been going on for close to 2 months I think now. GG
  24. NO. You cannot break the TOS, be told by Fiverr that your account is DISABLED and gone - and then just think you can open a new account with a different picture in order to bypass being tossed off the platform! Expect THIS account to be banned soon as well. and You need to take a seat and stop giving your “insight” about what this poster should do. Seems as though you have NO idea what the rules are here. They cannot just open a new account because they broke the rules, and this rule they broke is a MAJOR one - don’t ever mess with someone’s money - Fiverr spends a ton to lure people here to sign up and buy - they don’t need some errant seller taking them offsite to pocket 100% - go read the TOS before spouting horrendous advice here. You haven’t even been a seller long. GG
