  1. Don't Ignore Please...... Hello the community. On 21 November I got an email to reset my password. Then I changed my password cause I was unable to log in without changing the password. Then I asked Fiverr support team to inform me why I had to reset my password. They just disabled my account temporarily. I informed them about that. They asked me to give the following details: The registered phone number, The answers of the security questions, And my payoneer customer id. I provided everything and they just replied me once to give a screenshot of my full pc virus scan result. I provided that also. And then they stopped responding me. Today is 28 November. I did not receive any email from them yet. I tried by opening a new ticket. But no reply. Don't know why is this happening. They did not do it before with me. 2 months ago my pc and mobile got malware attack and my fiverr account was hacked. Then they disabled my account permanently. Then I explained everything and they restored my account. But this time I am not getting any reply. I don't know what is happening. Can anyone suggest what can I do? I am an well reputed seller in my niche. And I am at level 2 from few months. What can I do now? My career is only the fiverr. Is there any fiverr stuff please help. And also the experienced freelancers pleas help. I have some fund which are being cleared soon. I need my account back. It was a hard work to reach in this position. I have done reset of my pc and and going to use a new phone to use fiverr only for the best security. Please help.....
