One of reasons, I went with the service provider was that they provided the source design file. We were going through some final iterations, with the design being rendered in a PDF. I need the plans immediately for building approval but update changes cannot be applied without source file. I paid for a set of plans and a couple of iterations. I only have the very initial source final which bears no resemblance to the final design. So all design data has to be re-entered by someone, without the source file!!!!!! So the end result is that I have paid the money, but don't have the product source file I need. And ..... I had absolutely no dispute with the designer !!!! The FIVERR process has FAILED ME MASSIVELY HERE !!!!!

Fiverr has closed down communication with the professional I was dealing with, before I had taken delivery of source file update. How am I now expected to get this file ??
