I also have done this in some of my gigs like website error fixes and website development but I have clearly mentioned that thing in gig description first in line. The thing here is that not all fixes and website development can be categorised by the gig packages fiverr offers some people want simple with little customisations while other wants something very complex likewise some fixes are easy and can be done quickly while others requires hours of coding work and I don't want to that kind of hard work just for basic price of the gig. My point being it's written so I can estimate price and time of work before we can move forward.

Did you guys attached any proof of work with the delivery? In my experience fiverr customer support didn't cancelled some of disputed orders because there was enough proof I had attached with order showing that the work is exactly completed as per buyers requirements.
