    You should add some varity on your work sample, all 3 sample looks very similar. Also do some work on your Main gig image, it’s too simple. And you can find a lot of post on Improve My Gig section, you can add your opinion on there to help other community members.

For any question regarding Flag/moderation, you can consult/ask with any Available Moderators. You can simply invite @moderators in the PM you received from the system and explain your thoughts. (btw I’m not a Fiverr Staff, I’m a seller, volunteering as a Moderator, hope my reply helped.)

    For promoting, sellers are allowed to share their gig link in My Fiverr Gigs . You can post your gig link only on your post. If you post your gig link in other’s post it will count as spam. If you need some ideas to improve your gig appearance you can post it on Improve my Gig section. Same rules as My Fiverr Gigs

    Yes, you can. But before adding the new account you need to remove old account as your Payoneer funding source. Contact Payoneer support and request them to remove old Fiverr account from your Payoneer. After they remove you can add your new Fiverr id. BTW why your old Fiverr was banned? Did you ask permission to Fiverr Support for creating new Fiverr account? If not your new account is also on the risk for getting ban again.
