Out of curiosity, has anyone seen someone who has been given PRO status that doesn't have a perfect 10 for their Success Score? Not saying it hasn't happened, just genuinely wondering if there are any screenshots of PRO Sellers without 10's?

This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm honestly pretty shattered at seeing just how bad this update has been from Fiverr. It's true that people have always sooked about changes... but this one has been absolutely horrendous.

Yeah for sure. I'd say it's manipulative and they're taking advantage of us but their share price is down 45% in the past 1-year so in reality no one is winning except for a handful of fake designers selling AI made designs.

All of this is happening while new Sellers like this: https://www.fiverr.com/team_scorpions1 are displaying AI generated and fake images with no reviews or past orders and receiving PRO status. What on Earth is going on?

Chiming in here to say I have also now encoutered the random one level drop after a couple anxiety driven weeks of hard work. The new system is terrifying. Fiverr might see an uptick in performance for a few weeks here as people scramble to improve their scores but this is going to cause huge mental stress and burnout in the near future.

After reading through many different threads, I feel the cancellation impact needs to be addressed and confirmed by Customer Support. These images showing dozens of manipulative cancellations are extremely worrying: And these kinds of responses from CS relating to deliberately manipulative cancellations do not help alleviate any concerns: This to me seems to not only be unethical but just flat out poor business practice and turns the Success Score system into a luck system with those Sellers that are not targetted and don't receive accidental orders that are placed and then cancelled before any communication or delivery being the lucky ones. The system should not be driven by luck. The conversation around this needs to continue until a fix is implemented. I think we would all appreciate a response directly relating to this @Kesha.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do at this point. As Sellers, we have no protections and if Buyers want to abuse and harass you and demand extra while also giving you a 1-star review, you have to endure this. I can tell you that other Sellers also endure this on Fiverr and that we can relate to your struggle, but there is nothing that we can do to protect ourselves from this.
