  1. I agree that the Fiverr support is just awful and I remember 20-email exchanges before actually getting some reasonable info. I wonder if we even have any voice as sellers (to me it seems not) or if there are some avenues how we can start voicing our concerns, because as you said, with this current state of things, why we should our full focus into a platform that does not take our voices in consideration? If anybody knows what could be done to raise our voice collectively, Id love to hear that.
  2. I was just told by support that my gig disappeared because it was paused as I had too many orders... seemingly penalized for being too successful. Still trying to find out more details as for why, because other sellers have so many more orders in queue than me (I have 10 in that particular gig)...
  3. See below, after 3 days of zero, now it is back to 600 impressions after I delivered one orders, so fingers crossed. I completely agree with you that being penalized for being too good is not something we would appreciate. The value of my orders was higher than yours, and perhaps it can be also a delivery time (45 days per delivery) as I am a coach 🙂. Who knows! But seems what the agent adviced (deliver order) worked so lets see what happens next
  4. Hi Vicki, no I dont have the limit there. Perhaps it also depends on the value of the total orders? No idea, but that is what the support told me so I hope that is accurate 🙂

I have finally found out from support an interesting piece of info: apparently my gig was paused because I have too many orders and they are worried about me being able to deliver high-quality services. They assured me that once I deliver some, it will get back up. It is an automatic thing in the system and nothing cannot be done about it. So basically being removed from search because my gig was too successful and had too many orders (11). This makes me feel better, though I would suggest that us - sellers - are able to assess ourselves how many new clients we can take on rather that some automation 🤪

Hello fellow Fiverr sellers, after having a super successful month on Fiverr getting a ton of orders, the impressions on my best performing gig (https://www.fiverr.com/zuzana_mukumayi/be-your-life-and-accountability-coach) went from around 1000+ to basically zero over night. I get only generic responses from Fiverr support, I got once cancellation but was assured by the support that should not affect anything as it was based on buyers unresponsiveness. I don't think I got any negative private reviews on this gig (maybe on a different one?). I wonder if it can be just algorithm and bad luck. Did this happen to you in the past? If yes, did you find out what affected it and how did you recover? Thank you and cheers!
  8. Hi Ahsan, happened the same to me, getting only generic responses from Fiverr support. I wonder if the cancellation can play a role, I had one but the support assured me that it should not affect anything as it was cancellation based on the lack of clients responsiveness. I hope we can get down to this to solve it, I keep talking to the support
  9. So you are saying that if we request the delivery extension BEFORE the original order delivery, even if the client doesnt respond to it, it will have no impact on our delivery rate? Is that somewhere in Fiverr policies?

  11. Hi guys, I have been trying to do numerous tweaks on my main gig: https://www.fiverr.com/zuzana_mukumayi/be-your-life-and-accountability-coach to turn the clicks into messages or orders. I googled and searched here, but didn't find what I was looking for. 1. I wonder what else I could tweak (I played with the video, thumbnail, profile description, price) 2. Thinking about what is usually normal - how many clicks turn into messages - I get on average 10 clicks a day on this gig, but rarely messages/orders (one here and there). I will just turn your message into my action points 🙂 I was already thinking to take out the 5USD layer and offer this just as custom offer if people reach out to me - this is meant just as a discovery call. And I will do more research among fellow sellers. As for the videos, I struggled with the fact that the thumbnails just look awful with video. I guess I will have to copy a static image in the video so it looks good - and will re-record with my podcast set-up 🙂 Once again, I really appreciate your advice, thank you!
  13. Hello all, I believe I get reasonable (for a new seller☺️) impressions on my gig and get clicks. But very few messages orders coming. I tried to search for data specific to my industry (life coaching) and googled what can I do to improve. I changed the gig descriptions, the impressions and clicks went up almost 2x (but it could coincide with a few deliveries at that time). So I wonder if it is the description, prices, profile or maybe my numbers are just normal (e.g. 523 impressions - 18 clicks - no messages, 460 impressions - 11 clicks - no messages) or something entirely different? Do you have any advice on what can be improved? Thank you very much, Zuzana
