I hope this message finds you well. I have been experiencing a problem for the past two weeks with my gigs on the platform. Specifically, my gigs' impressions have been showing as zero, and my promoted gigs are displaying as "not eligible." Despite having a 4.9-star rating and active order, I am not receiving any impressions.
I have reached out to customer support regarding this issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to solve the problem. I am hoping that someone can provide some insight into why this may be happening.
