Hi there, I have a friend who was a seller on Fiverr, but unfortunately, he was banned, his account disabled. Just recently, he got a notification that he can now withdraw his funds on the account, but he can't fi so right now, as he lost the phone number associated with the account. Please is there a way we can get the number back or make a withdrawal? He only has the last 2 digits of the number, and he also has the security question. How can he go about it?

Okay. So I promoted my gig, and normally, you should see it as being promoted on to of other figs on a keyword. Let's say the gig is for Shopify design, and it's being promoted, when I search Fiverr for it, I should see it in about the first 3 pages as a promoted gig. But that's not happening. Care to explain this?

have you checked out how fiverr promote gigs now? i promoted a gig, but i don't see anything like gig promotion on the keywords

did you try changing the gig title?
