  1. I get that that is the reason they closed the account, I am simply saying I didn't do it. I contact them and they don't give me answers or any reason as to why the account was flagged in the first place.
  2. Well I know for a fact I haven't done the thing for which my account is closed, just some clarification and more info would help. I don't get why they just don't help me once.
  3. I get why you ask, and I can assure you I would never do anything to hurt the platform. So no, I did not do it.. but it is my word against theirs and they keep telling me the action is irreversible. So I suppose my career here on Fiverr is done and I will have to look somewhere else. Unfortunately I just got done mailing to an actual person, saying the same thing as always. That they have "thoroughly" reviewed my account again and say it is not possible to regain access to my account. When I ask the question of being able to start over, they just close my ticket with an automated reply 😄. Great service and such amazing support for someone that has been on their platform for over 5 years.

I open a support ticket and get ``` Thank you for reaching out, we understand you received a message in your account about purchasing or selling with the intent to falsely increase ratings and/or levels. This goes against our Community Standards and our Terms of Service. We have checked your account again and, unfortunately, your account is not eligible to be restored. Please note that this is a final decision and cannot be reversed. ```
  5. Thank you, yet to have gotten an answer that gives me clarification about why I have been falsely accused of this and my account is still closed, amazing!
  6. As a long-time seller on this platform, I understand the importance of maintaining a positive reputation and providing top-notch services to clients. That's why it's frustrating and disheartening to be falsely accused of buying my own gigs to improve my ratings, resulting in my account being wiped off the platform. Despite my efforts to reach out to customer support, I have not received the help I need and deserve. Their responses have been automated or unhelpful, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. As a result, I'm now turning to the community for help. I'm sharing my story in the hope that it will shed light on the challenges that some sellers face on this platform and prompt Fiverr to review its policies and improve its support for sellers. I want my account back and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to clear my name and regain my reputation.
