I don't think it is possible. Changing the currency will just make the price an odd number like 8.40 or something. You will not get a round number unfortunately for non USD currencies. Most buyers viewing the website sees it like USD, so it is better to keep it in USD. I know that in EU they see the price as Euro and so the $5 that I have set is seen as an odd numner to them. There is nothing I can do about it. Thanks.

I don't think this will happen any time soon. There are more than 150,000 sellers who offer logo design services. If Fiverr wanted to put a cap then they would have done it already in this category. There are many fields where there are not enough sellers too. Too many players bring more competition I guess, so it is good from Fiverr's perspective. Thank you.
