  1. Bro, what do you care. It's just a worthless warning. The real problem is to have it on your seller profile.
  2. Right after Fiverr decided to update the platform for better gig performance as shown in the attached screenshot below, my stats for 2 GIGS "WIX, Weebly, Squarespace SEO" and "Local SEO", are dropping in a scary way. From 22000 impressions to 700 in 5–6 weeks. I have great reviews and great buyer satisfaction rate. I was page 1 from 2015 and now my gigs are not showing up at all, even if I search in the 20th page of the pagination. It's like keywords are detached from the gigs. So basically: 2015 → 2023 (TOP on Fiverr Search). 2023 → NOW (Not Showing up anywhere, despite scrolling to page 20, 30 or 50 of pagination). Fiverr Customer Service isn't providing useful assistance, just the usual script! Has anyone faced a similar issue and found a way to get back on track? Any help is appreciated.
  3. Come on, they're not world leaders. No need for such formal responses. The only advantage is that they reply to everything because they're lonely. 😄
  4. Someone brought up a false statement on Social Media, which gained some popularity, but it's not true. 😂
  5. Add some projects in Portfolio section, even if they are outside Fiverr.
  6. Coupons are amazing! Keyword research tools is also something to be considered. On top of that, if you play your cards well (having a clear vision and a goal) with the Success manager, you can benefit from the program.
  7. I enjoy receiving emails from Fiverr about their new features and how to use them. Whenever there's a new feature, I like to test it out, so I'm always happy to get an email. I also participate in Fiverr webinars to stay up-to-date. While I appreciate pop-ups and notifications, I prefer emails because they don't distract me from responding to buyers. As you know, it's important to answer buyers promptly to maintain a good response rate.
  8. You read before commenting. It is not a requirement to be mindful of forum topic dates, as there is no rule regarding them being outdated!!!!
  9. Yeah, you are right! I was saying that it takes time, maybe years, so he deserves to be congratulated even after one has already passed 🙂
  10. You be aware man! I've been a candidate for Top Rated Seller since 2016 and never received the badge. So I expect congratulations as well 😂
  11. TBH, I don't really like the briefs. I never landed one single order from briefs. 🤷‍♂️
  12. Correct, they are fraudulent individuals. They want the task completed, and the money returned to them. One potential solution to this issue could be to raise the prices for your packages. This may deter scammers, as they do not want to lose money in the long run. 😎
  13. Overall, your profile is quite decent. I will provide a few extra tips for you to further improve the profile and gigs: - Replace the current images with higher quality ones for both your Profile and Gigs. "Use Canva with dimensions of 900-605". - Refine the content of your gigs by researching other sellers offering similar services. - Consider taking a few exams in the skills section. - Create some scripts to serve as responses for clients who require your service. Be patient: It can take time to build a strong reputation and get consistent orders on Fiverr. Keep working on improving your gigs and marketing yourself, and eventually, you will start to see results.
  14. Another tip is to answer the wrong answer to him/her, or to behave between "I don't know what you are saying" and "Can you tell me more". Somehow these scammers get offended easy and won't lift a finger to interact with you and come to a mutual understanding after hearing the wrong answer. I mean, they don't have time to waste because the same message is addressed to 30 other sellers. They are not really interested on your Profile or skills.
  15. Scammers are using briefs to rank a profile or to get clicks on their websites. On Facebook groups I often see people promising impressions on Fiverr and brief is a technique they use. 😐
  16. The customer support team is not yet adequately trained to handle situations where a buyer requests a cancellation and refund. They are only trained to follow scripts and protocols for a few specific scenarios. I will explain a situation from the Seller perspective: From my experience as a seller, I have encountered a client who requested a refund for a project I had worked on for 4 weeks. I did not agree to the refund because the reason provided was not valid. I was willing to accept a negative review rather than issuing a refund. However, customer support intervened and I ended up getting a negative review, the client got the refund, and I received a warning. As a buyer, it's important to consider that a refund request may also cause trouble for the seller. If the seller faces negative consequences, it could impact both parties in future projects. It's important to try to resolve issues with mutual understanding and communication.
  17. There are buyers on Fiverr who expect to achieve a top ranking on the first page of Google for keywords such as "house" or "dog" or whatever with only a $10 budget. I would be happy to be on trial if the clients pay me $3000 monthly. 😁
  18. Be patient, you will get the first order if you truly are good on what you do. It's not easy to adapt to the Fiverr Marketplace, especially if you are a new seller. I see you offer Web Design and Development. You may have experience, but to show that to the world you need a portfolio from your previous projects, even if they are outside Fiverr. Also think as a Buyer and learn from other sellers, offering the same service as you do! See how they managed to organize their profile and gigs. Good Luck buddy! 🙂
  19. Sometimes, it can be difficult to regain traction and regain your footing in the market. In these cases, it's important to take a step back and evaluate your profile and gigs. Conduct a thorough analysis and make updates to your profile, making sure it presents a strong, professional image and clearly communicates the services you offer. Buyers often look someone with strong presence and clear vision on what they offer. A portfolio is also an important factor. So think as a buyer! If you need to create a WordPress website, what is the profile more suitable and interesting for your needs? Start with that question, come up with a summary and break down till you find the right answers. You can always address the concern to Fiverr Seller Plus program! Good luck!
