  1. The best answer I'm aware of, I've borrowed from a forum post on here by @williambryan392. I'd recommend reading the entire post, but here's the excerpt that most directly addresses your question. Cheers!
  2. Personally, I've found that the time to receive my earnings is about the same on average for either method. However, it's worth noting that the Bank "transfer method" charges a small fee, while the PayPal method is free.
  3. First of all, nice job reaching level 2! That's definitely something to be proud of. I'd highly recommend that you don't do this; especially since your existing gigs seem to have good review bases built up already. Seeing a gig in search results with no reviews is typically a hard sell, so it's best not to go through that pain twice. Instead, I'd continue optimizing your gigs and monitoring your impressions, clicks, and orders relative to the changes you're making. By viewing your profile, here are a few tips I'd recommend: Improve your English grammar/spelling on your profile and gigs. Even small typos are enough to push away a potential buyer For example: "WordPress and Woocommerce Specialist" for your tagline should be "WordPress and WooCommerce Specialist" Your gig, "I will fix wordpress issues or wordpress error," could be something like "i will fix your wordpress issues or errors." I'd also recommend creating some consistency between your gig thumbnails (e.g., colors, spacing, fonts) and reducing the amount of text used (especially the smaller text). Lastly, your gig thumbnails are getting cut off with their current dimensions (prior to clicking on them). I'd recommend using 2560x1538. I hope these tips help. Good luck!
  4. Congrats! I'm sure that feels great. Hopefully I can join you up in Level 2 soon.
  5. There are all sorts of tips online for optimizing your gigs, which should result in more orders. A few big ones are as follows: Be clear and honest on your profile and gigs about work examples and your services. This will give prospective clients an idea of what to expect when they order from you and should build confidence in your abilities when presented appropriately. From looking at your profile, it does appear as though you could benefit from brushing up on your English writing. Good communication is key in any business and language barriers can largely get in the way of this. While educating yourself in English writing and comprehension should be a top priority, I'd recommend using tools like Grammarly.com and Google Translate to help bridge the gap with your clients until you reach true fluency. While I'm sure you value you time, it can be hard to get orders when you price yourself too high right out of the gate. In my experience, it has helped to start with cheaper prices and slowly increase as you build up a positive review base. Once you get your first order, make sure you do everything you can for your client to give them a positive experience and good product/service. There are all sorts of other tips online, but I think these will give you a great start. Good luck!
  6. According to fiverr help as of the writing of this post: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4404324058513-Top-clients " There are two ways to add a Top Client to your list. You can either add them from our approved list of clients/companies, or make a suggestion to add one. Add from the approved Top Clients list To add approved Top Clients to your list: A notification and Pin Flash will notify you of the opportunity to boost your sales. Click on Details Here to take you to the Top Client page. You'll also get an email with an Add a Client button. Type in a client name and select them from the list. Mark the checkbox to confirm that you've worked with the client mentioned, and that you have permission to publish details. Then click Submit. Once you receive confirmation (Got it, thanks!), click Add another client or Cool! Take me back to Fiverr. Suggest a new client To suggest a Top Client to be added to the approved list: Type in the client/company name and click Suggest on the drop-down menu (as shown in the images below). Complete the Top clients form: Client name Client’s website Project duration More about the work you did Mark the checkbox to confirm that you've worked with the client mentioned and that you have permission to publish details. Then click Submit. Once you receive confirmation (Got it, thanks!), click Add another client or Cool! Take me back to Fiverr. "
  7. This topic is definitely up for debate... On one side, by effectively sharing your gigs on social media, you gain the potential of drawing in some new orders. However, it would be much less likely that your impressions would be from people who are ready to purchase your gig since they're probably not seeking that service on social media. This would require more than simply pasting your link, and saying, "Check out my gig!". To draw in potential customers, you'd want to optimize your post so your target audience could easily find it (e.g., Using applicable hashtags, Using attractive thumbnails/images, Writing effective copy, posting in the appropriate location at the right time) On the other side of things, if you optimize your gig for Fiverr search, your customers will actively be seeking your service when it pops up in search results. So, in short, you may gain some additional orders from posting on social media, but your time is likely best spent optimizing your gigs for Fiverr search if you want more orders. I hope that helps!
  8. Nope! There is no limit on how many times you can share your gigs. My only recommendations would be to: make sure that you don't come off as spammy or pushy when and where you share your links. check that you're not breaking any guidelines where you're posting your links (such as subreddits with specific rules against self-promotion, etc.)
  9. I'd also be interested in hearing Fiverr's reasoning behind this decision. Let us know if you get an answer!
  10. That sounds like a good guess to me! Thanks for the input.
  11. Hi everyone! I'm wondering how the shipping process works in orders. As a seller, would you send the product(s) and then update your order as "delivered"? And if not, at what point would you "deliver" your order when shipping is involved. I may be overthinking this, but after reading Fiverr's "Gigs that require shipping" article, I'm still not sure. Thanks in advance!
  12. From my understanding, you can apply as a Fiverr Pro even if your gigs are below $100, but you'll need to commit to increasing the "baseline or Basic package" of your gigs to that $100 mark. Other semi-related notes to keep in mind: You'll get accepted into the specific category you apply for, so only your gigs in that category will be eligible to be "converted" into pro gigs if and when you're accepted. You'll get a customer success manager from Fiverr's team to help with the onboarding process to Fiverr Pro. They'll also be helping convert your eligible gigs and optimizing them. When a gig is converted to a pro gig, you'll sort of lose the history associated with the non-pro version (reviews, ratings, etc.) However, it seems well worth the upgrade if you're ready to make the leap. There are plenty of great videos on YouTube discussing the process and the pros/cons of upgrading to Fiverr Pro if you'd like to hear from the pros themselves. As I'm not a Fiverr Pro myself, feel free to correct me if the above isn't entirely accurate.
  13. If you have experience and expertise in multiple fields for separate services, I'd say go for it! As long as you're providing a quality service, that's what matters in my book. If you're going to do that, I'd recommend listing the associated skills for each field/service on your main profile. If any of those skills include skills tests, you could take those as well to build some credibility on your profile. However, having a solid portfolio to demonstrate your work will always build the most credibility (as always). Best of luck to you!
  14. Fiverr's guidelines for Gig Images can be found here. My recommendation is to use the highest quality (resolution) possible, without going above Fiverr's file size limit. For Fiverr gig thumbnails, it's 5MB. If you're wondering about the image size, I'd recommend 2560x1538 px for your Gig Images. This is double what Fiverr currently recommends, but results in a crisper image when using the gig's lightbox view.
  15. Fiverr's current guidelines can be found here. They are listed as 1280x769 px, 72 DPI with a minimum size of 712x430 px. However, I've found that these dimensions will result in a pixelated image when it's clicked on within the gig's page (in the lightbox view). Since the aspect ratio is what matters in their recommendations, I doubled their recommended size (2560x1538 px) and found it to be much better. The only drawback is that it takes a bit longer to load in lightbox view. TL;DR Use 2560x1538 px
