I am going through a similar thing with a buyer. When we spoke he tried to bring up other things that where not in our agreement. I never said no, I just said lets check the requirements first. He then proceeded to stall request to cancel the order after I have worked on it. He didn't have any revisions relate directly to the requirements and wanted to the work for free. I have been talking to customer service for nearly a month about this issue. At frist they kept telling me to work it out with the client but as of last week they have informed me that their team is looking into it. I'm upset but I am going to bring this to the attention of customer service to prompt them to do something about this sooner because it is possible that this guy will make a charge back to PayPal and I might not get any of my money. Who pays you for your services if they buyer makes a charge back to PayPal?
