so what do you think? will i be getting my money back? or should i lose all hopes?

Its really shocking that my order was completed on 18th Nov with a 5star review from the buyer and 10 days after the order completion I received a message that the order has been canceled and the buyer asked for a chargeback. Due to some confusion, my account got disabled for which fiverr asked me to wait for 90 days for their final decision and I can continue with my active orders but I cannot contact the buyer because I wasnt having any active order with him. No, notification about anything and fiverr deducted the amount from my balance. This is really sad because how can we as sellers on fiverr with 5star rating sustain if fiverr is not doing a proper investigation and supporting the buyers all the time. I'm so disappointed to see my money go right from my pocket without even knowing about it.
