  1. Yes, the only reasonable thing to do here is to keep reporting them to Customer Support and hopefully with the bulk of repetitive complaints they will get shutdown.

  8. “Don’t Set a default delivery date too close for comfort.” I find this rather realistic. You wouldn’t want to be delivering gigs that have not even gone through quality check. Always, always put importance in the quality of your work. Just because you are able to finish it before the deadline, doesn’t mean you managed to sweep every part of the given task. Check and double check. As much as possible deliver an output that the client expects of you. Keep in mind that a revision or backlog is as painful to the workflow as ever because it disrupts your current undertakings.
  9. That will still depend on the kind of service you are offering. But for custom gigs you can also negotiate with your buyer for a custom invoice. Hope that helps.
  10. Asking for a review from happy clients is okay, but I think it’s much better if you wait for them to provide you with one without even asking for it because it means you did superbly with that gig.

  12. You can promote them via blogs, social media, forums, you tube, Quora, keywords, tags, social bookmarking sites, slideshare. I have not used all these on my end but I see there are possibilities here.

  15. Don’t hire a Virtual Assistant on fiverr until you understand how they work. Also, make sure that you’re able to communicate with them well. You want to pick somebody that you can work well with and that can understand your project or business. The success of building your virtual team has a lot to do with communication and understanding. There’s a bunch of videos on YouTube for tips on hiring a Virtual Assistant. Check’em out. Fiverr has awesome and not-so-awesome VA’s… don’t let price determine the quality, but leverage out the low cost entry to try out a few before making any long-term or large commitment. A few tips from me… -start small, but go fast -work with a dedicated team and not just an individual -use screen share videos to communicate tasks or have a task liaison that can do it for you If you have any questions - feel free to ask or post’em here
